If\nyou ask this question it\u2019s important for you to be aware of the challenges the\norganisation might face. That\u2019s because once they give you their opinion you\ncan offer solutions and talk about these challenges more broadly. Your\ninterviewers will be impressed with your awareness of industry trends and\nchallenges, making them more likely to think you\u2019d fit in with their company.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
